The date of closing the registrations of Lucknow development authority two housing scheme has been come. The registration of these housing schemes were started in the mid of last month. Under the scheme the authority LDA has offering 298 flat for all segments of the society including EWS, LIG, MIG and HIG Categories.
These housing units are available in two different housing projects named as Gomti Nagar Vistaar Yojna and Sharda Nagar Yojna. Out of total 298 flats, 186 units are comprised in Gomti Nagar Housing Scheme and remaining units are available in Sharda Nagar Housing Scheme. Brief details of the schemes are mentioned below:
Gomti Nagar Housing Scheme 2015: The housing project is located at Sector-1 Gomti Nagar and the housing units are available in Saryu Apartments comprises of 3BHK and 4BHK apartments. The estimated cost of apartments are available in the price range of Rs. 72.00 Lakh and goes up to Rs. 128.12 Lakh. Registrations of the scheme has been started on 15 August 2015 and the last date of registration is 15 September 2015.
Sharda Nagar Housing Scheme 2015: The scheme was launched along with the launch of Gomti Nagar Housing Schemes. Registration for the scheme was started after the registration of Gomti Nagar Scheme on 16 August 2015 and the last date of registration is 16 September 2015. Under the scheme, housing units are available in G+3 type building.
