Lucknow Development Authority has come up with a new housing scheme Sopan Enclave in Pridarshini Yojna which is located on Sitapur Road in Lucknow. LDA is offering a total of 189 multistorey flats under the new Sopan Enclave housing scheme.

The flats being offered under the scheme are 2BHK, 2BHK +Terrace type and 3BHK. The registrations for the scheme will open on 18 August 2015 and will remain open till 24 September 2015.
The cost of flats being offered is between Rs. 42.10 Lakh and Rs. 50.40 Lakh. The super area of 3BHK flat is 119.17 Square meter while the area for 2BHK flat is 98.15 Square meters. The size of 2BHK flats with is 10% extra taking the total to about 108 Square meters.
Lucknow development authority is charging 5% of the cost of the flat as the registration amount for its Sopan Enclave housing scheme. Below are the complete details about the flats being offered.
