MP Housing Board has launched new housing scheme 2015 at Kripalpur Satna near Central Jail. The Board invites applications for duplex houses in the scheme. The name of the scheme is “78-HIG Senior House (Duplex)” & total 50 duplex houses are on offer for Higher Income Group under the scheme.
The plot area of duplex house is about 118.75 square meter with the build-up area of 112.50 square meter. The registration amount and total cost of duplex house is Rs. 3.25 lakh & Rs. 32.50 lakh respectively.
How to Apply: Application Form can be purchased from Madhya Pradesh Housing & Infrastructure Development Board by paying Rs. 500/- and the last date of registrations is 31st March 2015.
The allotment of houses will be done through lottery process and any house can be allotted to any applicants. If the applicant refuses the allotment then registration amount will be refunded with the 5% deduction.
The applicants allotted the corner house will be charged 10% extra amount of the cost of house. The houses which are located at a better location than others will be available at 5% extra cost.
