Meerut Development Authority is finally declared the date for conducting the lottery draw result of Raksha Green, Rakshapiram, Sector-3 and Airport Enclave, Shatabdi Nagar Yojana, Meerut. The lottery draw result of flats in the MDA housing scheme 2017 will be held on 27 December 2017. In this lottery programme, all the flats which were offered for allotment under MDA Rakshapiram Yojana and MDA Shatabdi Nagar Yojana, will be allotted to the eligible applicants.
Earlier, the draw result was dated for 5 December 2017, but due to some issues, the authority has decided to postponed the date to 27 December 2017. The programme will be conducted at Authority office, Auditorium at 11:30 AM.
In the above scheme multistory flats are available for allotment. In Rakshapiram Yojana, multistory flats are being offered for middle income group (MIG) while in Shatabdi Nagar Yojana, multistory 2BHK, Type-A and Type-B are available. Applications for the flats were invited from 5 July to 16 August 2017.
The list of eligible applicants, who have been selected for the lottery programme, has been uploaded at the official website of Meerut Development Authority at mdameerut.in. Applicants who were filled the application form for these houses can check their name in the list of eligible applicants. The list can be accessed by following the link below.
