It is the fourth lottery of MHADA launched in 2016. An official notification has been published on the official website of MAHDA at to inform the general public so that they get benefited by the scheme.
In MHADA Nashik Housing Scheme 2016, total 20 tenements are being offered for allotment. Of total 14 units are 1BHK and remaining 6 flats are for MIG (Middle Income Group).

Income Criteria:
The applicant who have monthly income of in between Rs. 50,001 to Rs. 75,000/- are eligible for the MHADA Nashik Lottery 2016 and those whose income exceeds the limit are not eligible to fill application form for flat in the scheme.
