MMJAY Rajasthan to Benefit Bengali Families in Chhawani Colony Raipura

Rajasthan government’s Mukhya Mantri Jan Awas Yojana will provide houses to Bengali families living in Chhawani Colony. A plan in under process which to be sent to the government for implementing the scheme. An official meeting was organised on Friday in between UIT and scheme officials.

The official informed that multi-storey building will be developed in three blocks which will be located at Chhawani Colony under Mukhya Mantri Jan Awas Yojana for the Bengali families. In the rehabilitation of people belonging to Bengali society in Rajasthan would be provided a constructed 1-1 room. An special status would be provided by constructing houses for these Bengali families by formulating an awas yojana under Mukhya Mantri Jan Awas Yojana.

After formulating the scheme, it will soon be sent to the state government for the approval. Houses would be constructed at Raipura Chhawani between Thekra road. A single housing unit will have 2 rooms, 1 kitchen, toilet, bathroom and balcony. And the actual cost of a single unit will be around Rs. 4.25 lakh which to be reduced at Rs. 2.5 lakh after the subsidy under Pradhan Mantri and Mukhya Mantri Awas Yojana. And the payment to be paid in easy 8 installments.
