MP Housing Board 4 New Housing Schemes in Gwalior & Indore

MP Housing Board invites applications for the allotment of flats at 4 New Housing Schemes. These schemes are located at the multiple locations of Madhya Pradesh. Under these schemes the authority has offering number of flats for Economical Weaker Section (EWS), Lower Income Group (LIG), Medium Income Group (MIG) & Higher Income Group (HIG) of the society.

Units for registrations are available at four different housing schemes located at different locations:

• Kadambari Nagar, Gwalior Housing Scheme
• Kadambari Nagar, Rao Indore Housing Scheme
• Sikandara Varashivni Housing Scheme
• MangaliPeth Shivni Housing Scheme

Before the launch of these four schemes, the authority has launched 16 housing schemes at multiple locations and then two more housing scheme named as Mansarovar Housing scheme & Aastha Parisar Housing scheme has launched by the authority.

Details of Housing Schemes:

Registration for last three housing schemes has been started from 1 June 2015 and for Kadambari Nagar, Gwalior Housing Scheme registration has been started on 25 May 2015.

How to Apply: Registrations for the scheme can be done through online mode & online registrations can be done by using the official website of MP Housing Board at www.mphousing.in or MP Online KIOSK.

For EWS & LIG Flats/Houses, registration can be done by offline mode by purchasing the application form from the bank branches given in the scheme advertisement.
