MP Housing Board invites applications for P+4 storey flats in Bandhavgarh, Satna on the occasion of Diwali. Total 12 flats are offered by the housing board and the flats are under the self finance scheme.
The flats has categorized in three types of apartments Type A, B and C. The type of apartment is divided according to the plots size of flats. Type A the size of plots is 100 square meter and type B the size of plots is 92.50 square meter and Type C the size of plots is 58.00 square meter.
The cost of flats shown in the advertisement only including the cost of plots, it is the estimated cost of flats and the actual cost of flats will be decided after the construction by the board and the applicants may not claim in this respect.
The registrations are open from the day of advertisement and the last date of registration is 15 November 2014. The cost of application form is Rs 500/-. The 10% of estimated cost of flats is deciding as the registration amount by the board. The applicants allotted the corer plots will be charged 10% extra amount of the cost of flat. The flats which are located at a better location than others will be available at 5% extra cost.
