Madhya Pradesh Housing & Infrastructure Development Board has announced a new scheme on Barratola Road in Deodhar Mandal (Deodhara Mandla) for EWS and LIG categories of the society under the Atal Ashraya Yojana. The board is offering 102 flats for economically weaker section and 35 flats for the lower income group.
The registrations for the scheme has started on 15 Dec 2014 and the last date for registration is 15 January 2015. The flats are being offered in Deodhar in Mandal district of Jabalpur division. The estimated cost of EWS and LIG flats is Rs. 4.5 Lakh and Rs. 9.0 Lakh respectively. The applications are invited through online mode on the official website of MP housing board www.mphousing.in.
The applicants can also apply offline by purchasing the application forms from Allahabad bank branches located in Ranital, Jabalpur and Maharajpura, Mandala. The filled application form can be deposited into the same bank branch till 15 January 2015.
To be eligible for the scheme the LIG applicant should not have annual income more than Rs 2 Lakh while the annual income of EWS applicant should not exceed Rs. 1 Lakh. The draw of the scheme will be announced based on lottery system. All teh applicants are required to submit their income certificate, cast certificate and domicile to the board. The applicants are required to pay 10% of the cost of flat as the booking amount.
