MP Housing Board has launched a new housing scheme in Badabujurg village in Burhanpur district offering a total of 89 flats for HIG, MIG and LIG categories. The applications are invited from 19 December 2014 to 15 January 2015.

The housing board is offering 41 flats for the higher income group, 27 flats for middle income group and 21 flats for lower income group under the scheme. The applications are invited through offline mode and the forms can be purchased from the Axis Bank branch at Amravati Road, Tapti street in Burhanpur. The cost of application form for MIG and HIG is Rupees 500/- and Rs. 200/- for LIG.

The interested applicants will have to pay 10% of the cost of flat as the registration amount through challan/DD (E.O. MPHIDB Khandwa) along with the application form. The flats will be allotted through the lottery system.

The mentioned cost of the flats is estimated and if it goes beyond this, the allottees will have to pay the amount after the construction. The registration cost of the unsuccessful applicants will be refunded without any deduction.
