Madhya Pradesh Housing Board invites applications for the allotment of 206 housing units meant for economical weaker section, middle income group and higher income group of the society. The new scheme of MPHB is located at Budhar Nagar in Shahdol District.
In Narmada Parisar Housing Scheme, the board has offering around 206 for HIG (Senior-A), HIG (Deluxe), MIG (Junior-A), MIG (Junior-B) and EWS. Of total, majority of units are available for Higher Income Group of the society.
The plot area of housing units in the scheme is ranging from 40 square meter to 142.50 square meter and the estimated cost of units is starts from Rs. 7.72 lakh which goes upto Rs. 29.50 lakh.

Howe to Apply:
Registrations for the scheme has been started from the day of application and will be opened till 30 May 2016. For registration, applications can be filled through online and offline mode of registration. The online applications can be filled on https://www.mponline.gov.in/portal/ and https://www.mphousing.in/ and for offline registration, application form is available at the cost of Rs. 500/- for HIG (Senior-A), HIG (Deluxe), MIG (Junior-A), MIG (Junior-B) while the EWS applicants will have to pay only Rs. 200 only for application form.
In this scheme, home load facility is also available from authorized banks and financing companies.
