Madhya Pradesh Housing Board launched a new housing scheme 2016 at Baba Baijnath Nagar Agar for the allotment of flats. Under the scheme MP Housing Board offering 374 flats for economical weaker section, lower income group, middle income group and higher income group of the society.
In this scheme, 1BHK and 2BHK flats are available for allotment and these housing units are available in the carpet area 10.14 square meter for EWS 1BHK which goes upto 80.87 square meter for HIG- 2BHK.
Registrations for flats is opened and the last date of application submission is 28 December 2016.

How to Apply:
Registration for flats in the scheme can only be done by online mode. The online application facility is available on the official website of MP Housing Board at www.mphousing.in and www.mponline.gov.in
Registration amount and application money can only be submitted through Online/RTGS.
The scheme is launched under PM Awas Yojana and the scheme will benefited the EWS and LIG applicants by providing them a load of upto Rs. 6.0 lakh at the interest subsidy rate of 6.5%.
