State government of Rajasthan invites applications form EWS (Economical Weaker Section), LIG (Lower Income Group) and HIG (Higher Income Group) for the allotment of housing units in earlier launched housing scheme named as Mukhya Mantri Jan Awas Yojana.
Total 714 flats are being offered for allotment which are located at Nagar Parishad Balotra Road, opposing to Housing Board Flats, Asotra Road, Balotra, Rajasthan.

Mukhyamantri Awas Yojana 2016 has offering 269 flats for EWS category, 311 flats for LIG category, and remaining 134 flats are available for MIG category. And cost of these housing unit is very affordable.
Tentative cost of EWS flat is around Rs. 3.90 lakh and for LIG and MIG Flat, it is Rs. 6 lakh and 8.40 lakh respectively.
Urban Development And Housing Department of Rajasthan launched Mukhya Mantri Jan Awas Yojana is the mid of year 2015 with an aim to provide basic facilitated houses for all at affordable price. The central government scheme “Housing for All by 2022” has been collaborated with this scheme to increase the construction of houses in the state.
Under Housing for All 2022, an assistance of Rs. 1.50 lakh will be provided to EWS category and a discount of Rs. 2 lakh on interest will be given to women applicants of LIG category. The construction work of houses under the scheme is on progress will be completed within 2 years. Mukhya Mantri Jan Awas Yojana has a target to build around 2368 houses of which 1654 housing units has been allotted to the people.
How to Apply
Applications and registrations for flats in the scheme has been started from today 21 October 2016 an the registrations will be opened till 21 November 2016. Application form with detailed information can be obtained from Axis Bank, Balotra, Badhmer Jaipur which to be submitted in the same bank after completion.
