New EWS/BPL Flat Schemes of Haryana Housing Board

Housing Board Haryana has come up with another housing bonanza in 2015 by launching 2 new flat schemes for EWS (Economically Weaker Section) and BPL (Below Poverty Line) families. The registrations for the two schemes have been opened on 22 December 2014. The last date of application registration is 21 January 2015.

HUDA New BPL Scheme: HUDA Plot Scheme 2018 at Sector-16 Karnal for BPL Families

The housing board is offering 9827 flats to the EWS category and 2165 flats to the BPL category at different locations across the state.

The Haryana residents with less than 1 Lakh per annum family income are eligible for the flat schemes. Also the applicant should not own a house in Haryana, Delhi or Chandigarh either in his/her name or in the name of his/her spouse or in the name of his/her dependent relatives including unmarried minor children.

However, applicant owning ancestral house in a village or a share in urban or rural property is eligible to apply.

Number of Flats: 2165 Flats
Locations: Palwal, Karnal, Ratia, Kurukshetra, Yamuna Nagar, Panipat, Gharaunda, Sonipat, Dharuhera and Narwana
Form cost: Rs. 100/- Non refundable
Booking amount: 10% of the cost of flat
Annual family income: Up to Rs. 1 Lakh
Start date of registration: 22 December 2014

Locations: Hisar sector 5 and 12 in Part 2, Jagadhari sector 22 and 24, Karnal sector 9 and 22, Fatehabad sector 9, Agroha sector 6 and Safidon sector 9
Form cost: Rs. 150/- Non refundable
Booking amount: 10% of the cost of flat
Annual family income: Up to Rs. 1 Lakh
