New Government Employees Housing Scheme 2016
It is an another affordable housing scheme for government employees in the area of Delhi-NCR. The scheme is launched by Association of Indian Government Employees for the allotment of flats to government employees.
Under the scheme the AIGEHS has offering 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK and 4BHK flats at affordable price. These housing units are available in the different housing projects located at multiple locations including Noida West, Greater Noida and Gurgaon.
The housing project in Greater Noida (W) comprised of 1/2/3/4 BHK flats which are available at the starting price of Rs. 16 lakh for 1BHK. The Gurgaon Project comprised of 2BHK and 3BHK which are available at the rate of Rs. 3410/- per square feet.
In Greater Noida housing project of AIGEHS, Ready-to-Move in flats area available for allotment at the rate of Rs. 2990/- per square feet.
All the above three project comprises of 50 to 300 housing units available fore allotment. These housing units are available on ‘First come and First Serve’ with 25% discount.
These affordable flats will be allotted on ‘First come and First Serve’ basis with 25% discount. EMI free plan is also available until possession.
Flats under the housing scheme are available for government employees including all serving/retired officials, their dependents & families – All Central Government Ministries, All State Government Officials of any Ministry of Department, Commission, Defense Production, DRDO, Police, PSUs, Public Sector Banks, Government Run Educational Institutions, Autonomous Bodies, Government Officers Families also permitted.
