Orissa State Housing Board invites applications for the allotment of 2BR (Bed Room) & 3BR apartments in Nandighosa Enclave in Ranasinghpur, Bhubaneswar. Under the project OSHB offers LIG & MG apartments for public.

Under the scheme total 27 units are available for registration under self finance scheme of Orissa State Housing Board. Out of total 18 units are of 2BR type (LIG) and remaining 9 units are of 3BR type (MIG). The unit area of 2BR is about 513 square feet with the super build-up area of 590 square feet while the unit area of 3BR is 980 square feet with super build-up area of 1054 square feet.
The provisional sale price of 2BR is Rs. 15,70,000/- while 3BR unit is available at provisional sale price of Rs. 30,77,000/-. The EMD for 2BR & 3BR is 10% of total provisional price of a unit.
How to Apply: Application form cum brochure for registration can be purchased from either OSHB Office, Sachivalaya Marg, Bhubaneswar or from office of the project Engineer, Division-I, Bhubaneswar during working hours by paying Rs. 800/-.
The Application form can also be obtained via post by submitting a demand draft of Rs. 900/- in favor of Orissa Housing Board Fund. It can also be downloaded from the official website of OSHB & those applicants, who will download the application from website, will have to pay the cost of application form at the time of application submission with EMD amount.
