Orissa State Housing Board invites applications from general public for the sale of residential plots, flats and houses in different housing schemes of OSHB. These housing schemes are located at the multiple locations of Orissa including, Bhubaneswar, Dhenkanal, Nayagarh and Bolangir.
Total 198 flats are being offered for sale on Self Financing/ Outright Sale/Public Auction. The application for the sale of these housing units are being invited from economical weaker section, lower income group, middle income group and higher income group of the society. These housing units are available in complete and ongoing housing projects of Housing Board Orissa.

How to Apply:
Brochure cum application form for registration can be obtained from OSHB Head Office, Sachivalaya Marg, Bhubaneswar-751001 by paying Rs. 1000/- (Non-Refundable). Completed filled application form to be submitted along with EMD and other dues separately in the form of Demand Draft favoring “Orissa Housing Board Fund” on or before the last date.
You can also download the application form from the official website of OSHB at www.oshb.org. And the applicants who are willing to apply for EWS/ LIG units under all On-going schemes and Completed schemes can also fill online application through the official website.
