Punjab Urban development Authority has announced the draw date for PUDA Faridkot Residential Plot Scheme 2015. The draw result of residential plot in Faridkot will be held on Wednesday 18 June 2015 at 11:00 AM. The Draw Result would be held in the meeting Hall, First Floor, PUDA Complex, Bhagu Road, Bhathinda. The Authority will declare the draw of 166 residential plots at PUDA Enclave, Baba Farid University Site Faridkot.
The draw result was to be held on 29 May 2015, which was mentioned in the brochure but on yesterday the authority published a notification for the draw of PUDA Faridkot Plot Scheme 2015, that the draw will be held on 18 June 2015.
The authority was invited application in the registration period & the registration for residential plots in Faridkot Plot Scheme 2015 was started from 5 March 2015 and with the great response from the applicants the registration was closed on 9 April 2015.
Under the scheme total 5 (125 Square Yard, 200 Square Yard, 300 Square Yard, 400 Square Yard, 500 Square Yard) size of plots were available for registrations and the tentative cost of plot is starts from Rs. 8,92,500/-. The complete detail of the scheme can be obtained by using the link below:
