Punjab Urban Development Authority (PUDA) has launched a new multi-storey housing scheme in Ludhiana Sector 40 and the applications are invited from 10 July 2014 to 25 August 2014. The scheme offers 2BHK / 3BHK (14 Storey) Freehold Premium Apartments in Sector 40, Samrala Road, Ludhiana under Self Financing Scheme.

How To Apply
Interested may apply for allotment of these apartments (on the prescribed form obtainable on payment of Rs. 250/- each from GLADA office or Rs. 300/- each if required by Courier / Speed post) along with earnest money in the shape of DD/ PO drawn on any scheduled bank in favour of Estate Officer GLADA payable at Ludhiana, so as to reach GLADA office not later than 25th August, 2014.
Mode of Payment
The allotment price shall have to be paid within a period of 3 years i.e. in six half yearly equal installments. First installment minus earnest money will be required to be paid within 60 days from the Date of issue of Letter of Intent (LOI).
Mode of Allotment
The storey-wise allotment of apartments shall be made through draw of lots, keeping in view the reservation policy of Punjab Government. Applying under this demand survey does not confer any right to allotment. 50% apartments would be reserved for the demand survey applicants and for the remaining 50%, applications would be invited afresh. Decision to execute the scheme would be subject to sufficient response. In case of insufficient response or any other reason holding the execution of scheme, earnest money shall be refunded within 90 days of the closure of scheme.
