PUDA New Residential Plot Scheme 2015 at Amritsar with 389 Plots

After the launch of Bathinda Plot Scheme 2015, Punjab Urban Development Authority invites applications from general public again for the allotment of 389 residential plots in its new plot scheme. PUDA 389 Residential Plot Scheme 2015 Amritsar is located at Guru Ram Das Urban Estate, Ajnala Road, Amritsar.

PUDA Amritsar Residential Plot Scheme 2015 comprised of 389 plots of five different sizes and the available sizes are 200 square yard, 256 square yard, 300 square yard, 400 square yard and 500 square yard and majority of units are of 500 square yard. These plots are available at the rate of Rs. 1800 per square yard and tentative cost is starts from Rs. 36,00,000/- for 200 square yard plot which goes upto Rs. 90,00,000/- for 500 square yard plot.

How to Apply:
Brochure cum applications along with the terms and conditions can be purchased from the any authorized bank branches mentioned below at the cost of Rs. 100/- and it can also be purchased from single window counter, PUDA Bhawan, SAS Nagar Amritsar.

The application form attached with the brochure along with self attested passport size photograph may be submitted to any of the authorized Banks either in person or by post on or before the closing date along with earnest money in the shape of crossed bank draft favoring Estate Officer, PUDA Amritsar. The draft should be payable at the place/city of respective banks.

Registration for the scheme has been started from the day of advertisement and the last date of application submission is 11 January 2016. Interest applicants can apply for the scheme through both online and offline mode of registration. The online registration can be done by visiting the HDFC bank branch in Chandigarh.
