Punjab Urban Development Authority has come up with a greate offer of buying a residential plot in PUDA new housing scheme 2016. PUDA has launched a residential plot scheme in Patiala for the 205 residential plot.
Applications for allotment of plots in the scheme are being offered through online and offline mode of registration from 16 September 2016 to 12 October 2016. These residential plots are available in Rajpura Colony and at Animal Husbandry Site, Nabha Road, Patiala. The scheme comprises residential plots having a size range from 200 square yard to 500 square yard.

How to Apply:
Brochrue along with the application form can be purchased from the autorized bank branches by paying the cost of application form either in person or by post on or before the closing date. Dully filled application form to be submitted to any of the authorised Banks along with earnest money in the shape of crossed bank draft favouring Estate Officer, PUDA, Patiala. The draft should be payable at the place/city of respective banks.
Applicants can also fill online application form the same by using the official website of PUDA at www.puda.gov.in. The cost of application form Rs. 100/-.
