This new website has been launched as an apply online portal for the PM Awas Yojana (PMAY) in Punjab. The main objective is to provide maximum benefits to the applicants of Punjab Shehri Awas Yojna.

Punjab state government is committed to provide financial assistance to the needy people for the construction of houses under the Punjab Shehri Awas Yojana. With a view to fasten process, a new web portal pmidcprojects.punjab.gov.in/pmay has been launched. This portal is available in both Punjabi and English languages.
Apply Online Punjab Shehri Awas Yojana
The new Punjab Shehri Awas Yojana – Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana portal will help applicants to avail the benefits of this scheme immediately. Punjab PMAY portal has been launched as a part of the Punjab State Urban Livelihood Mission. Step 1 : Visit the Punjab Shehri Awas Yojana – Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana official website at https://pmidcprojects.punjab.gov.in/pmay/
Step 2 : At the homepage, click at the “Citizen Form” link present as shown in the image below or directly link https://pmidcprojects.punjab.gov.in/pmay/pmaychannel.php
Step 3 : Upon clicking this link, a new page asking for “Do you have land for constructing your own home“, click at “Yes” or “No” Option.
Step 4 : The Punjab PMAY BLC Online Registration Form will appear as shown below.
Here applicants can fill in all the details in the Punjab Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana online application form for Beneficiary Led Construction component. The details includes name, father name, address, ward name, age, gender, mobile number, marital status, aadhaar number, ownership details of existing house, religion, caste, bank account information, occupation, employment type, income as per return, disability status, monthly income, BPL card info etc.
Finally, applicants can upload their recent photograph as well as land document and enter other family member details such as Aadhaar Card no., ID proof and click at the “Submit” button to complete the Punjab PMAY BLC online registration form filling process.
Punjab Shehri Awas Yojana 2023 Progress Report
Punjab govt. has sanctioned a total number of 96,283 houses till 1 October 2020. Under the Punjab Shehri Awas Yojana, around 28,466 houses have already been completed and remaining houses are under construction. In the second phase, a target of 1.5 lakh houses has been set.
