The registration for another housing scheme of UPAVP under Siddarth Vihar Yojna Ghaziabad has been started from 27 July 2015 for the allotment of 589 flats. The new UPAVP scheme in Ghaziabad is situated at Delhi-Lucknow National Highway 24. This is the second scheme launched by UPAVP in the month of July 2015 after starting registration of Mandola Vihar Yojna.
Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad has launched a new housing scheme in Siddharth Vihar. Under the scheme, total three types of apartments are constructed in which units are available; Hindon, Ganga and Yamuna apartments.
The authority has offering 1BHK to 4BHK flat and also offering 13 penthouses in this scheme. There are 5 1BHK and 94 2BHK apartments in Hindon apartments, 160 2BHK & 89 3BHK in Yamuna apartments and 113 3BHK & 105 4BHK in the Ganga apartments.
Total 13 penthouses are also being offered in Siddharth Vihar Yojna out of which 11 are available in Yamuna apartments and remaining 2 are in Ganga apartments.
The housing units are being offered for all segments of the society. Registration for the scheme has been started which can be done by using the offline and online mode of registration through the official website of UPAVP.
