Lucknow Development Authority along with 2 new housing schemes has launched a new flat scheme on independence day in Gomti Nagar in Lucknow. The new affordable housing scheme of LDA is located on at Sector 1 Gomti Nagar Vistaar Yojna in Lucknow.
LDA is offering a total of 186 apartments with an estimated super built up area ranging between 134 and 236 Square meters. The cost of the flats starts at Rs. 72.00 Lakh and goes up to Rs. 128.12 Lakh.

Lucknow Development Authority is charging 5% of the cost of the flat as the registration amount under the Saryu Apartment Gomti Nagar apartment scheme 2015.
The applications for the flats are being invited through the designate bank branches from 15 August 2015. The last date of registrations is 15 September. Below are the details of the flats being offered under the scheme.

Saryu Apartment Gomti Nagar application forms and scheme brochure can be purchased at the cost of Rs. 525/- from the following bank branches:
- UCO Bank: LDA Office Gomti Nagar lucknow and Lalbagh Branch Lucknow
- Punjab National Bank: Hajrarganj Lucknow
- Oriental Bank of Commerce: Munshi Pulia and Hajratganj
The application forms of Saryu Apartment Gomti Nagar scheme can also be downloaded from the official website of Lucknow Development Authority at www.ldalucknow.co.in. In case of form download, the applicants will have to pay the application fee which is Rs. 525/- along with the registration amount.
