Tamil Nadu Housing Board has invites applications for its new multi-storey housing scheme at SAF Games Village, Koyembedu. Under the residential scheme 136 multi-storey (Stilt+17) flats are on offer for general public.
The residential project is located at South Asian Federation Games Village, Commercial Site-II, Koyembedu, Chennai and the project comprises three types of flats HIG Type-I, HIG Type-III & HIG Type-IV. The plinth area of HIG Type-I, Type-III & Type-IV is 123.27 square meter, 126.92 square meter and 84.48 square meter respectively.
The tentative cost of HIG Type-I and Type-III is starts from Rs. 1,26,44,000/- to Rs. 1,30,19,000/- while the tentative cost of HIG Type-IV is Rs. 86,65,000/- and registration amount for all flats is Rs. 2,00,000/-.

Balance 90% payment to be remitted as detailed below:
- 20% of cost of the Flat, on commencement of work.
- 20 % of cost of the Flat within next 3 months.
- 10% of cost of the Flat within next 3 months.
- 10% of cost of the Flat within next 3 months.
- 10% of cost of the Flat within next 3 months.
- 5% of cost of the Flat within next 3 months.
- 5%of cost of the Flat within next 3 months.
- 5%of cost of the Flat within next 3 months.
- 5% of cost of the Flat will be collected at the time of handing over.
If applications received are more than the number of units proposed, allotment will be
made by draw of lot.
