Tamil Nadu Housing Board has launched new housing scheme under which the authority invites applications from the general public for the allotment of plot & flats at J.J Nagar, Chennai. The plots and flats are on offer under Outright Purchase Basis.
Units of plots and flats are available in different locations included J.J. Nagar East, J.J. Nagar West, Mogappair Eri Land Bank, Nolambur Phase-I & Ambattur Phase-III. Applications are available for all categories included Economical Weaker Section, Lower Income Group, Medium Income Group & Higher Income Group of the society.

How to Apply: Application forms can be purchased from TNHB Office at Executive Engineer & Ado., J.J. Nagar Division, Tamil Nadu Housing Board, Thirumagalam Shopping Complex, Chennai-600101 by the cost of application form. The sale of application has been started from 15 April 2015 at 10:00AM to 4:00PM and the last date of submission of duly filled application form is 8 May 2015 by 5:45PM.
The allotment of flats & plots will be done by draw of lots.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicant should have completed 21 years of Age
- The applicant should not own house / flat / plot either in his name or in his spouse or his childrens name anywhere in Tamil Nadu
