Tamil Nadu Housing Board invites applications for the allotment of housing units in Madurai under TNHB New Housing Scheme 2016. Housing units in the scheme are being offered under Self Finance Scheme located at SMT Scheme at Theni Phase-I in Theni District.
Houses in the scheme are being offered for LIG (lower income group, MIG (middle income group) and HIG (higher income group). Total 90 houses are available for allotment for which registrations has been started.

How to Apply:
Registrations for the the houses in the scheme has been started from 28 November 2016 and the last date of applications submission is 28 December 2016. The allotment of houses will be done through a lottery process. Dully filled application form to be submitted along with initial deposit at the time of submission.
Initial deposit to be submitted in the form of demand draft in favor of the Executive Engineer & Administrative Officer, Madurai Housing Unit, payable at Madurai.
