Urban Development Trust, Udaipur invites applications for the allotment of EWS & LIG flats under affordable housing policy 2009. Registration for the Scheme was started on 15 May 2015.

Under the scheme total 100 units of EWS and LIG flats are available of registrations out of which 52 flats are reserved for Economical Weaker Section and remaining 48 flats are reserved for Lower Income Group of the society.
The super build-up area of EWS and LIG flat is about 350.00 square feet & 550.00 square feet respectively. EWS unit is available at the price of Rs. 2,97,500/- while the cost of LIG flat is about Rs. 4,67,500/-. Registration amount for EWS flat is Rs. 10,000/- while for LIG flat it is Rs. 15,000/-.
How to Apply: Application form can be obtained from Union Bank of India branches New Fatehpura UIT Circle, Sukharia Circle Bedla Road, Hiran Magri Sector-4, Udaipur. Duly filled application form will be submitted in the bank branches till 15 June 2015.
Eligibility Criteria: The applicants of EWS Category should have more than monthly income of Rs. 10,000/-. The monthly income of LIG applicants should be in the range of Rs. 10,001/- to Rs. 15,000/-.
