Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad has launched a new housing scheme 2016 for 195 flats at Vrindavan Yojana-4. The scheme is named as UPAVP Everest Enclave Scheme 2016. Along with this, the authority has launched anther scheme: UPAVP Amrapali Scheme.
UPAVP Everest Enclave Scheme offering two types of flats including, Semi-finished and Finished. The scheme comprises only 3BHK and 4BHK flats for allotment. Total 195 flats are being offered by the authority of which, 100 units are Finished type and remaining 95 units are Semi-finished type.

How to Apply:
Registration for flats in UPAVP new scheme 2016 has not yet started. The sale of application form and brochure will start from 7 November 2016. Application for the allotment of flats could be filled through online and offline mode within the registration period.
From 7 November, the application form will be available in the authorised bank branches and UPAVP authority office, 104 Mahatma Gandhi Marg at the payment of Rs. 1000/-.
