UP Awas Vikas Parishad invites applications for the allotment of flats in new housing schemes 2016 at Saryu Enclave, Gomti Enclave Awadh Vihar Yojana, Sultanpur Road and Kailash Encalve Vrindavan Yojana at Raibareilly Road Lucknow. Flat in the scheme are being offered by UPAVP under Samwjwadi Awas Yojana of UP government.
Each project, Saryu Enclave, Gomti Enclave and Kailash Encalve includes 100 flats for allotment and the application process for the same will start from 15 September 2016.
Saryu Enclave comprises of 1BHK flats while in Gomti Enclave and Kailash Encalve, 2BHK and 3BHK flats are available for allotment respectively.

How to Apply:
Registration process for the allotment of flats in these schemes will start from 15 September 2016. Application can be filled through both online and offline mode of registration from 15 September to 14 October 2016. Online registrations for the same will be done by using the official website of UPAVP at http://upavp.com/ and for offline registrations, application form will be available in the authorized bank branches mentioned in the scheme advertisement below. It also comprises the other details like project features, terms and conditions etc.
