UP Awas Vikas Parishad launched a new housing scheme 2017 for the allotment of EWS and LIG flats. These flats are available in UPAVP Rajajipuram Yojana 2017 offering 928 flats for allotment for application will start from 9 January 2017.
The location of flats in the scheme is Rajajipuram Yojana, Suspa Rause, Lucknow. Of total, majority of 592 flats are for Lower income group and left out 336 flats are for economical weaker section. The super area of EWS and LIG flat is 38.64 and 48.64 square meter respectively.

Information booklet and application form can be obtained from the office of UP Awas Vikas Parishad, 104 Mahatma Gandhi Marg Lucknow and bank branches of ICICI Bank and Indian Overseas Bank by paying Rs. 300/-. And the people who wants to avail the benefits of subsidy under PM Awas Yojana can apply through Central Bank of India, 73 MG Road, Hazaratganj, Lucknow.
