It is a new housing scheme of UPAVP offering 368 flats for allotment. These flats are available in G+3 type building. UPAVP Shakumbhari Vihar housing scheme is located at Sector-2A, Delhi-Saharanpur Road, Saharanpur.

Two type of flats are available in the scheme named as F-70 and F-45 having a super area of 69.71 square meter and 44.97 square meter respectively.

Application form can be purchased from UP Awas Vikar Parishad, 104, Mahatma Gandhi Marg, Lucknow at the cost of Rs. 300/-. It is also available in the authorized bank branches mentioned below. Completely filled application form in all respect to be submitted in the same bank branches along with the registration amount on or before the last date of application submission.
