UP Awas Vikas Parishad invites application for the allotment of flats in UPAVP Vrindavan Yojana 2017 in which flats are offered for economical weaker section and lower income group of the society. The scheme is located at Sector-13 Lucknow has around 960 flats.
Of total, 480 flats are available for LIG and remaining 480 are reserved for LIG category for registration will start from 5 January 2017.
The carpet area of EWS flat is 27.00 square meter for LIG flat it is 40.00 square meter. The estimated cost of EWS flat is Rs. 11.50 lakh while for LIG unit the estimated cost is Rs. 21.25 l akh.

How to Apply:
Online registration and sale of application for under the scheme will begin from 5 January 2017. Online registration can be filled from the official website of UPAVP and for offline registration, application form is available in the office of UP Awas Vikas Parishad, 104 Mahatma Gandhi Marg by paying Rs. 300/-.
The scheme has also offering the features of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana and for availing the benefits of PMAY applicants can directly fill application form Central Bank of India, 7 3 MG road, Hazaratganj, Lucknow. According to the eligibility of the scheme, the subsidy would be distributed to the beneficiaries after the verification.
Completely filled application form to be submitted along with the registration amount within the registration period.
