Industrial Development Corporation of Uttar Pradesh State launched a new residential plot scheme 2016-17 at Growth Center Jhansi Phase-I & II, Jhansi. In UPSIDC New Plot Scheme, total 37 residential plots are being offered for allotment for registration process has been started.
Residential plots in UPSIDC Scheme 2016-17 are situated in Growth Center Jhansi Phase-I & Jhansi II, Jhansi and the size of plots available for allotment are ranges from 150 square meter to 480 square meter. All most all the flats are available in Phase-II and only single plot in located in Phase-II.
The sale of form for the booking of residential plot opened from 15 December 2016.

How to Apply:
Apply for residential plots by purchasing application form from Area Office of UPSIDC Ltd. Prashashnik Bhawan, Growth Center Bijholi Jhansi by paying Rs. 525/-. Dully completed application form to be submitted in the same place along with processing amount of Rs. 2000/- and registration amount before 31 March 2017.
Registration amount to be paid in the form of DD or Pay Order favoring UPSIDC Ltd. Jhansi.
If UPSIDC will receive more number of application forms compared to the residential plots then the allotment would be done through a lottery process.
