Good announcement from UPSIDC regarding to its residential plot scheme 2015 named as Trans Ganga City in Unnao, Kanpur. Today, Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority has made an announcement in respect to the extension in the registration of Trans Ganga City Residential Plot Scheme 2015 from 6 October 2015 to 5 November 2015.
The scheme was launched on 20 August 2015 with the last date 21 September 2015 and further it was extended to 6 October 2015. And Today, again the UPSIDC has published a notice regarding to the date of extension. This time the date has been extended to 5 November 2015
Under the scheme the UPSIDC has offering 711 residential plots in Unnao, Kanpur. The project is spread over the area of 1156 acres situated at the bank of Ganga River. It is the prime location of Kanpur City and well connected via Kanpur-Lucknow highway.
The project comprised of plot sizes of 120 square meter, 200 square meter, 250 square meter, 260 square meter and 300 square meter. Of which larger number of units are of size 200 square meter. These units are available at the cost of Rs. 18,000/- per square meter and the extra amount may also be applicable as per the location of the plot.
