West Bengal Housing Board invites applications for the vacant flats in Anasua at Sarsuna, Behala on the basis of “First Come First Serve”. Under the scheme the board announces for the sale of HIG-U flats which are located in Anasua Sarsuna, Behala.
Three types of flats are available for sale in Anasua Housing Scheme 2015: Type-A, Type-D and Type-E. The build-up area of Type-A flats is about 780.88 square feet while the build-up area of Type-D and Type-E is about 820.34 square feet and 766.78 square feet.
The provisional price of Type-A is Rs. 35,13,384/-; Type-D is Rs. 36,91,540/- and Type E is Rs. 34,50,506/-. The application money for all three types of flats is 10% of provisional price. The flats will have the facility of open car parking and cover car parking with the extra payment of Rs 1,50,000/- and Rs 3,00,000/- respectively.
How to Apply: The Application Form cum Brochure and the Book of General Terms and Conditions can be collected from Bank of Maharashtra, West Bengal Housing Board branch 105, S.N. Banerjee Road, Kolkata.
Duly filled-in application form along with the application money will be submitted via demand draft/pay order to Assistant Housing Commissioner-1, West Bengal Housing Board branch 105, S.N. Banerjee Road, Kolkata. Registration procedure has been started from 02 March 2015 and the last date of registration is 20 March 2015.
