Yamuna Expressway Authority has announced a new housing scheme along with 4 other scheme for commercial, institutional and industrial plots. The residential flat scheme of Yamuna Expressway Authority will be offering 280 flats in sector 22D.

The applications for the new flat scheme in Sector 22D will be invited from 6 June 2016 through various designate bank branches.
According to the TOI report, there are a total of 280 flats on offer. These flats were left from the previous housing scheme in sector 22D. As per the reports, there are 200 smaller size flats and 80 bigger size flats under the scheme.
The smaller sized flats will be sold at an approximate price of Rs.11 Lakh while the bigger housing units will be available at a price of about 19 Lakh per unit. The housing units will be allotted through the lottery draw system.
