Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has finally decided to provide possession of 45,000 flats to their allottees. YEIDA allotted these flats in 2015 under Samajwadi Awas Yojana launched in the month of January. These flats are located in Sector-22D Greater Noida.

According to the source, YEIDA has decided to handover possession of these 45,000 flats on 30 November 2016. Meanwhile, YEIDA is doing the completion works of construction and development and amenities of the project so that the allottees don’t face problems settling down there
While providing the possession on 30 November, Uttar Pradesh CM, Akhilesh Yadav will announce various government housing scheme for different location including, Noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna Authority. These schemes will definitely help the home seeker in fulfilling there dream of owning a house.
Under Samajwadi Awas Yojana, the Yamuna Expressway Authority will hand over the possession of 45,000 to the allottees in Sector-22D Greater Noida. The step will initiate the residential development in the area. Currently, the Yamuna Authority is active in the working of residential development to provide the best facilities to residential people.
According to the information, the authority has completed the task of developing 33KW power station in Sector-33 which will supply seamless power to the area.
