YEIDA to Launch New Flat Scheme 2016 for Vacant Flats

After announcing the draw result of RPS-03/2016 residential plot scheme, the Yamuna Expressway industrial development authority is planning to invited application for left over flats in the previous scheme. The scheme will be launched in the first week of June 2016.

Along with this residential scheme, the authority will also launch industrial and institutional plots schemes.

In the last scheme of YEIDA, many flats were left vacant after the draw of the scheme, for the allotment of these flats, the authority is going to invite applications for the same in the first week of June 2016. In the new scheme, the size of flats will be in the range of 29.76 square meter to 54.75 square meter and the cost of these flats in not yet decided by the authority.

In the previous scheme, the authority has allotted these flats at the cost of Rs. 19 lakh and Rs. 11 lakh located at Sector-22D. The feature of the scheme is its pre-construction which makes the possession process easy after the draw.

Besides residential units, industrial and institutional plots will also be available in the new scheme at the area of two thousand square meter land. Under the scheme, 339 industrial plot located at Sector-29 and 32 will be available in the scheme and 106 institutional plots will be available in Sector 22-E, Sector-18 and 20. The authority has completed all the paper and other related work for the scheme, to be launched in June 2016.
