The upcoming year 2016 will come with anew residential plots scheme at Yamuna Expressway. The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has all set to launch a YEIDA New Residential Plot Scheme 2016 for the allotment of 2200 plots. According to the source, from 1st January 2016 the YEIDA will offer these plots through draw of lots.
On Monday, 14 December 2015, a joint board meeting has given a green signal for the scheme to be launched.

With the aim towards aiding better development in the Yamuna Authority area, the new scheme is currently being readied for prospective home buyer and investors. YEIDA Plot Scheme 2016 will offer plots for setting up residential houses at better location. Arun Vir Singh, CEO of YEIDA said that there are more than 2,000 small size plots in three different sizes which will be available for setting up individual homes.
The source has also given some details of YEIDA New Scheme 2016. The plots of sizes 120, 162 and 200 square meter will be available for residential sector in the YEIDA area. “We have reserved about 56 hectares of land for the plots,” Singh said. The land is located on the border of Greater Noida and YEIDA Area in Ghanori Village. The land is well connected to Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi and Ghaziabad via a six-lane, 130-meter arterial road. The road is also expected to extend by 41 kilometer from Greater Noida to Jewar.
According the source, 1300 plot of 120 square meter, 500 plot of 162 square meter and 400 plots of 200 square meter will be available for allotment in the scheme of YEIDA. The source said the plots located in YIDA’s sector-17 will be available at the rate of Rs. 15,620/-. This means the cost of 120, 162 and 200 square meter size plots would be Rs. 18.74 lakh, Rs. 25.30 lakh and Rs. 31.24 lakh respectively. The Yamuna Expressway authority has fixed the FAR (Floor Area Ratio) for residential area at 1.8 and ground coverage will be 75%.
