YEIDA to Launch Residential Plot Scheme in Sector 22D by July End

Yamuna Expressway Authority is all set to launch a new affordable residential plot scheme by the end of July 2015. YEIDA will be offering about 800 affordable residential plots under the new schemes. According to the TOI report, the officials are preparing for the scheme launch and will offer more than 800 small plots to the individuals for building the homes.

The size of the residential plots under the scheme would be 120 and 162 square meters. The residential plots will be available in sector 22D where the reserve price of the plots has been set at Rs. 14,250 per square metre. At this rate, the 120 square meter plot will cost approximately Rs. 17.10 lakh and 162 square meter plot will cost about Rs 23 Lakh.

The authority will also be launching another scheme of industrial plots in sector 29 along with the residential plots in Sector 22D. The authority will be offering offering about 320 industrial plots to the prospective entrepreneurs and investors with an aim of aiding development in the YEIDA area.

The size of industrial plots will measure 300, 600, 1,000 and 1,800 square meters. The reserve price of these industrial plots will be Rs. 6,100 per square meter. So, according to this, 300 sq metre plot would cost about 18.30 lakhs, 600 sq metre plot Rs. 36.60 lakhs, 1,000 sq metre plot Rs 61 lakhs and a 1,800 sq metre plot a little more than a crore.

Yamuna Expressway Authority has fixed the floor area ratio for residential area at 1.8 and industrial at 1. Ground coverage under the residential area will be 75% and in industrial is has to be up to 65%.

The two schemes are expected to be launched by the end of this month.

The authority is however yet to announce the draw result of its sector 22A BHS-05 flat scheme and BHS-06. The draw result of BHS-05 flat scheme is expected to be announced within July as revealed through an e-mail communication.
