UP Saifai (Etawah) Mega Plan 2021 – Objectives & Implementation
To ensure systematic growth and infrastructure development, the Saifai Mega Plan 2021 was approved under G.O. No. 671/8-3-2007-15 Maha/2005 (dated 13 February 2007). The plan remains effective and continues to guide urban expansion and modernization in the region.

Saifai Regulated Area & Villages Included
The Government of Uttar Pradesh, through notification number 1188/9-A-3-95-4 R.A./95 (dated 28 March 1995), included seven villages from Saifai Tehsil into the regulated area. Later, on 9 February 2005, four more villages were added, bringing the total to 10 villages, covering an area of 4,463.445 hectares.
