The Pehowa Final Master Development Plan 2031 A.D. outlines the strategic framework for the planned growth and regulation of Pehowa’s urban and peri-urban areas. This plan applies to both the controlled area and the additional controlled area surrounding the Municipal Committee Limits of Pehowa. It has been prepared in accordance with:
- Section 5(4) of the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restrictions of Unregulated Development Act, 1963 (Act No. 41 of 1963)
- Sub-section (5) of Section 203-C of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973
