Sampla Urban Complex Final Master Plan 2031 for Controlled area of Rohtak and Jhajjar
Sampla Urban Complex Final Development Plan 2031 has been formulated for the regulated growth of 10 controlled areas in Rohtak district and 26 controlled areas in Jhajjar district. This plan is prepared under the provisions of Section 5(7) of the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963 (Punjab Act 41 of 1963) and Sub-section 7 of Section 203C of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973. The objective of the plan is to ensure systematic urban expansion, infrastructural development, and sustainable land use planning for balanced regional growth.
