The Yadagirigutta Temple Development Authority (YTDA) Master Plan is a comprehensive development strategy aimed at transforming Yadagirigutta into a major pilgrimage and tourism hub in Telangana. This plan focuses on urban planning, infrastructure enhancement, tourism promotion, and environmental sustainability.
YTDA Master Plan Highlights
The YTDA Master Plan encompasses two villages—Rayagiri and Baswapur—from Bhongir Mandal and five villages—Gundlapalli, Yadagiripalli, Saidapur, Datarapalli, and Mallapur—from Yadadri Mandal.
The plan includes the development of roads with widths of 18m, 30m, 45m, 50m, and 60m to enhance connectivity. A proposed YTDA Ring Road will seamlessly connect all major areas within the region.
Key infrastructure developments include a dedicated helipad, multiple flyovers, and a massive parking facility with a capacity of 7,000 cars.
To further improve transportation, the master plan features a new Yadadri Railway Station, a modern bus terminal, and a proposed metro rail extension up to Yadadri.
