Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh has distributed 2,900 letters of houses to the beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin in Bilapur area. The acceptance letters of PMAY-G Bilaspur handed over by CM so that the beneficiaries can avail the benefits of central government’s housing mission.
A Fair at Pipertarai was organised in which CM Raman Sigh were invited as a guest. During the event, the CM distributed the letters to PM Awas Yojana Gramin beneficiaries.
Under PMAY-G Bilaspur, the government will provide a central assistance to the beneficiaries of rural housing scheme to constructing their kutcha house into pucca house.
An amount of Rs. 1.3 lakh will be provided to the people who got the acceptance letter in five instalments. This amount will directly transferred to the bank accounts of PMAY-G beneficiaries.
After getting first instalments of PMAY-G, the beneficiary will have to upload the photos of construction process of their houses only then the second instalments will be distributed by the government and the same procedure will be followed for obtaining the instalments. The first three instalments of PMAY-G would be of amount Rs. 30,000/- and the last two instalments would come with Rs. 20,000/-.
