Awas Vikas Vasundhara Ghaziabad: Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad is planning to launch a new housing scheme 2017 at Ajanta Puram. According to the source, the scheme will be announced on the eve of Holi for 2,000 residential flats.

Awas Vikas New Scheme 2017 will be located at Vajirabad Road, Ajanta Puram, Ghaziabad and housing units in the scheme will be available for lower income group and middle income group of the society. Sale of application form and registrations are expected to be started on Holi.

Awas Vikas Vasundhara Ghaziabad Scheme 2017:

Majority of flats in the scheme will be reserved for LIG category and remaining units would be available for middle income group. According to the information received from the source, around 12,000 housing units would be available for LIG whereas only 800 units will be reserved for MIG category.

The housing units in UPAVP Vasundhara Ghaziabad new scheme would be constructed in 4-storey building with the quality features like earthquake resistance structure, shearwall technology etc.

Earlier, it was deiced by the official to launch the scheme for 4,000 flats but due to the downfall in the real estate market, Awas Vikas Parishad decided to roll out the scheme with only 2,000 flats.

Price of Flats in Vasundhara Ghaziabad Scheme
The cost of flats in the scheme would be Rs. 20. lakh for LIG flat and 30 lakh for MIG flat, though the final rates are yet to be finalised by the authority.

Apart from the cost of a unit, people willing to buy a house in ground floor under this scheme will have to pay 2 lakh in addition.

The source informed that the scheme would be completed in the period of 2 years after its launch.
