Bareilly Development Authority has extended the last date of applications submission for Duplex Houses under Samajwadi Awas Yojna 2015. Earlier the registration was started from 2 May 2015 with the last date of 1 June 2015 but on the request of applicants the authority has decided to extend the last date from 1 June to 16 June 2015.
Under the scheme total 525 duplex houses are available for registrations and all houses are available in G+1 floor buildings.
The estimated plot area is about 80.08 square meter and the estimated area of house is approx 72.50 square meter. The estimated cost of duplex house is Rs. 24.50 lakh and registration amount for single unit is Rs. 2.45 lakh.
Application forms are available at the Bank of Baroda branches which can be purchased from there by paying Rs. 250/- as application form cost.
The duly filled applications form with passport size photograph will be submitted in the same branches along with the registration amount of house.
