Gharound Affordable Yojana: Bhopal Development Authority invites applications for BDA new housing scheme 2017 at Gharonda Affordable Awas Yojana and the scheme is located at Village Navibagh, Gharonda. Under the scheme, the authority has offering 2BHK flats and total 272 flats are available for sale.
The size of 2BHK flat in the scheme is 550.37 square feet and the estimated cost of a single unit is Rs. 12,38,000/-.
These housing units are available for unreserved category for registrations has been started from 1 March 2017 through online and offline mode.

How to Apply:
The sale of application form has been started from 1 March and you can get it from Head Office of Bhopal Development Authority Pragati Bhawan, Maharana Pratap Nagar. And the cost application form is Rs. 400/-. Applicants can also download the form from the official website of www.bda.org.in.
Application can be filled through both online and offline mode. The application application form filling option is available on the BDA official website. Completely filled application form to be submitted along with the registration amount before the last date 20 March 2017.
For offline application the registration form to be submitted via demand draft in favor of Bhopal Development Authority and for online application the payment can be paid through online transaction.
