Chhattisgarh Housing Board invites applications from economical weaker section and lower income group of the society for the allotment of housing units in CGHB Kamal Vihar Awasiya Yojana 2016 under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
The new housing scheme of CGHB Chhattisgarh is located at Smart City Kamal Vihar Raipur. Registrations for these flats has been started, will be opened till 31 December 2016.
In this scheme, EWS flats are available in G+3 type building while LIG flats are being constructed in S+8 type building. The cost of EWS house is around Rs. 5.76 lakh and for LIG unit the estimated cost is around Rs. 9.38 lakh.
Details of Flats:
The size of EWS unit is around 383.08 square feet and the size of LIG unit is around 617.38 square feet. These housing units are being constructed through world class Monolithic technology. A facilities like closed secure campus, common area and 24 hours water and electricity facility.

How to Apply:
Applications for flats in the scheme can be done within the registration which will be closed on 31 December 2016. Application forms may be obtained from the office of CGHB. Application form to be submitted along with the registration amount. EWS house application to be submitted with Rs. 25,000/- registration amount and LIG house application to be submitted along with the registration amount of Rs. 50,000/-.
These housing unis are being offered under PM Awas Yojana which is an Central Government’s scheme. Under the scheme, an assistance of Rs. 1.50 lakh would be given to the applicants of EWS flats. And a loan of upto Rs. 6 lakh at 6.5 interest rate around an assistance of Rs. 2 lakh.
